We're not Coeliac NZ accredited (gluten is present on-site), but our procedures are tight and our team genuinely cares.

At Fush, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy delicious and safe kai – including our gluten-free guests! Our amazing gluten-free fish & chips are a must-try, featuring crispy fish coated in a potato flake crumb and cooked in a dedicated gluten-free fryer.
Our gluten-free fried chicken is world-class – crispy, juicy, and packed with flavour (we use rice flour)! And almost all of our burgers can be made using gluten-free ingredients, so you don’t have to miss out on the classics.
And of course, we’ve got a range of other gluten-free favourites, like our chips and broccoli bowl, and perhaps most famous of all – our deep-fried cauliflower.
