Fush is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our gluten-free guests.

Every Fush restaurant – including our Fush Waka (food truck) – has a separate gluten-free fryer, strict preparation of gluten free kai, and trained chefs who understand the importance of gluten safety.

While our kitchens are not Coeliac NZ accredited (as gluten is present on-site), we take our responsibility seriously and follow strict procedures to minimise cross-contact. If you have dietary concerns, let our team know – we’re here to look after you with care and aroha so you can dine with confidence at Fush!

At Fush, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy delicious and safe kai – including our gluten-free guests! Our amazing gluten-free fish & chips are a must-try, featuring crispy fish coated in a potato flake crumb and cooked in a dedicated gluten-free fryer.

Our gluten-free fried chicken is world-class – crispy, juicy, and packed with flavour (we use rice flour)! And almost all of our burgers can be made using gluten-free ingredients, so you don’t have to miss out on the classics.
