As you might know, FUSH choses to use only sustainably caught ika/ fish. Most of our fish is caught by boats using long line fishing methods and the rest is caught using pots. These types of low impact fishing methods are part of an ongoing effort towards sustainability, that means you can eat your fish and chips with the knowledge that you’re supporting a more sustainable fishing industry.
